Elemental Mandala Masterclasses: Water, Earth & Air

This special series of Mandala Methodology Masterclasses invites you into three immersive 2.5-hour experiences exploring the elements of Water, Earth, and Air through dynamic movement, breathwork, moving meditation, nervous system awareness, and embodied inquiry.

Designed for yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners, these sessions move beyond simply “doing” yoga. Instead, they offer a deeper exploration into how we move, how we breathe, how we feel, and how we connect to ourselves through practice.

What is Mandala Methodology?

Mandala-style movement invites us to move in circular patterns around the mat rather than only forwards and backwards. The practice becomes rhythmic, creative, intelligent, and deeply embodied.

Combined with breath awareness, moving meditation, and intentional sequencing, this methodology creates a practice that feels expansive, fluid, grounding, and transformative all at once.

Each masterclass explores a different elemental quality and how it expresses itself physically, mentally, emotionally, and energetically within the body.

Friday — Water

Water teaches us adaptability, softness, flow, and surrender.

This practice will explore wave-like movement, fluid transitions, and breath-led sequencing designed to help you soften unnecessary tension and move with greater ease and intuition.

Earth invites grounding, stability, strength, and support.

In this masterclass we will explore strong foundational movement patterns, steadiness within transitions, and the relationship between grounding and nervous system regulation.

This is a practice that helps you feel rooted, held, and supported from the inside out.
