My teaching is rooted in restorative practices, with a focus on stillness, breath, and deep release. I aim to create a safe, nurturing space where students can slow down, soften, and reconnect — free from pressure or expectation. Authenticity matters to me. I strive to show up as I am and hold space for others to do the same.
Cassy is a versatile yoga teacher, guiding students through both dynamic Vinyasa flows and deeply restorative Yin practices. With a unique background in physiotherapy, she often can be found blending gentle massage techniques into her Yin and restorative classes when not in the treatment rooms, helping students experience the soothing, nurturing power of touch.
Having over 10 years experience teaching internationally – Cassy brings a wealth of experience and a global perspective to her teaching. A passionate advocate for the ocean and the natural world, she draws inspiration from nature’s rhythms, weaving its wisdom into her classes to help students reconnect with balance, calm, and resilience.
I feel nature has a lot to teach us - the ocean, the seasons, and life’s natural rhythms. Yoga, like life, is about flow, balance, and self enquiry. The world moves in fluctuations and waves, and by cultivating time for self enquiry we learn when we need to build resilience and strength and when we need to find stillness and calm, and breath while the storm passes.
