A lot of people say they don’t want to teach when they sign up for a 200-hour training. Some change their mind, some don’t, and both are completely fine. Join Holly and Zoe on your lunch break to find out what the training gives you, whichever way you go.
Can’t make it live? Book anyway and we’ll send you the recording.
When you book, your details are shared with Love Yoga Leeds and Holly McFee at The Yoga Solution. You can unsubscribe at any time.
This webinar is for you if you’ve been practising for a while and feel there’s more to it. You might teach one day, you might not. Either is fine.
“Having embarked on the course to further my own knowledge rather than to qualify as a teacher, I was slightly nervous I would be out of my depth. This couldn’t be further from the truth. The course is perfect for anyone wanting to teach now, in the future, or just to deepen their own yoga practice.”

I’ve been teaching on yoga teacher trainings since 2018. In that time, I’ve learnt, experienced and studied how someone takes in the information they need to teach a safe and beneficial yoga class, and what it takes to give someone the self-belief that they can do it.
Spoiler alert: the self-belief that you can teach yoga comes from teaching yoga. That’s why, on our training, you teach from Day 2! Yes, really. It’s flipping nerve-wracking, but by the end of the training, you’ll thank me.
I also love sharing evidence-based research on why yoga is so powerful: for managing stress and anxiety, easing pain (including chronic pain), improving the connection with our bodies, and so much more.
In short, teaching yoga teacher trainings is a joy. I love seeing the bonds form within the group, and I love watching people break down the “I can’t…” barriers they’ve built up over their lives.
I’m hosting the webinar with Zoe, who owns Love Yoga Leeds.
