Love Run, Yoga, Social is a relaxed 3K run or jog followed by a guided yoga stretch and time to connect over pastries, smoothies or coffee. No pressure, no pace, no experience needed, just feel-good movement, community and a chance to meet like-minded people.

This is your invitation to move your body, clear your mind, and connect with like-minded people, without pressure, pace, or performance.
We’ll start with a gentle group warm-up before heading out on a relaxed, feel-good 3K run (or jog), you set your pace). No one gets left behind.
Back at the studio, we’ll move straight into a guided yoga stretch to release tight muscles, slow your breath, and bring your body back into balance.
Then… the best part.
Stay, chat, and enjoy pastries and a smoothie or coffee with the community.
Because movement feels better when it’s shared.
Timings 10:00 — Meet at the studio for a gentle warm-up 10:05 — Head out together for a relaxed 3K run 10:45 — Return to the studio 10:50 — Yoga stretch + reset 11:30 — Class ends 11:30–12:00 — Pastries + smoothie/coffee + time to connect

Who is this for?
Anyone who wants to move their body, clear their head and meet new people in a relaxed, friendly way. You don’t need to be a runner or a yogi — all levels are welcome.
Why does Love Yoga have a run club?
Because yoga and running compliment each other beautifully, running helps you move, energise and get out of your head, while yoga supports mobility, recovery, breath and balance. Our community has also been asking for more ways to connect socially, so Love Run, Yoga, Social brings movement, fresh air and friendship together in a relaxed, pressure-free way.
