What is Ashtanga?

Build strength, stamina, and focus with the dynamic practice of Ashtanga Yoga. Known for its structured sequence and powerful breath-led movement, Ashtanga is both physically energising and mentally grounding, making it the perfect way to reset after a busy day.

What to Expect

This class follows the traditional Ashtanga sequence, where postures are linked together with vinyasa flow and steady ujjayi breathing. The repetition of the sequence allows you to:

  • Build strength and flexibility over time
  • Develop focus and discipline as you move mindfully through each posture
  • Experience a moving meditation that clears the mind and boosts energy

Expect to sweat, move with intention, and leave feeling strong, centred, and clear-headed.

All levels are welcome. Whether you’re new to Ashtanga or refining your practice, you’ll be guided with clear instruction, options to modify, and adjustments to suit your level.
