What to Expect
Yoga Nidra, often called yogic sleep, is a guided meditation done lying down in total comfort. There are no physical postures or movement – just stillness, breath awareness, and surrender.
You’ll be guided through stages of awareness – body, breath, emotions, and imagination – encouraging your nervous system to fully relax and reset. The practice invites you into the powerful liminal space between waking and sleeping, where true restoration and healing can unfold.
As you rest, Reiki energy is offered to the room, creating a soft, supportive space for energetic balance and renewal.
