Vinyasa Flow is a gentle yet energising class designed to help you release tension, build mobility, and find a sense of calm focus for the week ahead.
You’ll begin with smooth, flowing sequences to wake up the body and stretch out tightness from the weekend. Gradually, the pace slows with longer-held stretches and grounding breathwork, helping you drop into a deeper state of relaxation.
