Practice with Zoe has really helped me become more grounded and grateful for everything I have around me. Zoe is so kind and caring and I really feel that she puts her all into her classes. I started Yoga with Zoe around 6 weeks ago as a complete beginner. Zoe ensures her classes are suitable to both beginners and more advanced people. I always look forward to my weekly yoga class. Not only is Zoe a great teacher she also creates a sense of calm and total relaxation in the class to make you feel completely at ease. Zoe takes you through each yoga pose and breathing technique for that pose thoroughly and patiently so you really feel like you know what you are doing. Something I haven’t always felt at past yoga classes. At the end of the class not only do I feel like I have worked out but I also come away feeling totally relaxed and calm. Thank you 🙏 Zoe. Zoe's yoga classes are so enjoyable, healthy exercise, in a calm and pleasant environment. Zoe goes the extra mile to encourage and support attendees, adapting the sessions, to suit all abilities and making everyone feel welcome. My flexibility and strength has noticeably improved since I started doing yoga with Zoe and improving my golf!
I’ve tried a few yoga classes before but none have been anything like Zoe’s. She’s so attentive to each and every person, her practice is as chilled or as challenging as you would like and there is always so much variation. I love that each week has a different focus or theme. Zoe is so helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and spiritual and each class is so welcoming and really helps with anxiety. Would recommend her classes for complete beginners to experienced yogis. Also the price is amazing value for money and classes are very flexible and easy to book.
