Zoe is a passionate, caring and friendly yoga teacher specialising in both adult and children’s yoga. With a 200-hour certification in Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow, alongside specialist training to teach children and teens aged 4–18, she brings warmth, inclusivity and a nurturing energy to every class she teaches.

Her yoga journey began at just 12 years old with Geri Halliwell’s iconic yoga VHS (showing her age! #girlpower #spiceupyourlife) – sparking a lifelong love for movement, mindfulness and connection.

After experiencing the healing power of yoga through her own challenges with burnout, stress, grief and depression, Zoe made it her mission to share this practice with others. She believes deeply in the transformative benefits of a regular yoga and mindfulness practice – the ability to pause, turn inward and shift from doing to being.

Zoe’s classes invite you to reconnect with yourself, move mindfully and leave feeling calmer, lighter and more at ease.

Is there a quote, mantra, or philosophy that guides your teaching – or your life?

Everything you’re searching for is already within you

  • What inspired you to become a yoga teacher?I found yoga when I was 12 years old through Geri Halliwell’s yoga VHS (showing my age!) and practised before school every morning. From that moment, I was hooked. Over the years, yoga has been a constant companion through burnout, grief, and change – helping me reconnect, heal, and find balance. The transformation I experienced personally inspired me to share these tools with others, especially children and adults who might need a reminder of their own inner strength and calm.
  • How would you describe your teaching style and the kind of space you hold?

My teaching style is gentle, grounding and inclusive, with a focus on mindful movement and awareness of breath. I create a safe, caring space where people can slow down, listen to their bodies, and feel supported to show up exactly as they are. Whether I’m teaching adults or children, I aim to bring warmth, playfulness, and compassion into the room so everyone feels welcome.

  • How do you want people to feel when they leave your class? I want people to leave class feeling calmer, lighter, and more connected to themselves and the world around them. My hope is that they carry a sense of inner peace with them into their day or week, and that yoga becomes more than just something they do on the mat — it becomes something they feel in their daily lives.

  • What can someone expect if they’re coming to your class for the first time? You can expect a warm welcome and a friendly smile. My classes are open to all levels, and I always encourage you to move at your own pace. Expect a balance of mindful movement, moments of stillness, and time to pause and reconnect. There’s no pressure to perform — it’s about finding what feels good in your body and giving yourself permission to simply be.

  • Is there a quote, mantra, or philosophy that guides your teaching – or your life?Everything you’re searching for is already within you.

  • What do you do for fun outside of teaching? I love spending time with my husband and two kids, enjoying meals and quality time with friends and family. I’m happiest when I’m at the theatre, reading a good book, or heading to the gym. I also love attending other teachers’ yoga classes, deepening my own practice, and continuing my study of yoga — always learning, always evolving. I have also discovered as life gets busier (as a studio owner) that I crave more quiet time and time alone to recharge and replenish my energy. I value getting older as I feel more content with what makes me feel good and more confident to leave the things that don’t make me feel good behind.

Here’s what Zoe’s  students say:
