What is Flow and Restore?

Ease into your Tuesday with a class designed to give you the best of both worlds – movement to energise and restore, followed by deep rest to calm the mind.

The first half of the class is a gentle, flowing Vinyasa sequence:

  • Smooth, mindful movement to release tension and build mobility
  • Breath-led flow to warm the body and boost circulation
  • A chance to stretch, strengthen, and shake off any sluggishness

The second half slows right down with restorative yoga:

  • Supported poses held for longer, allowing the body to deeply relax
  • A calming reset for the nervous system
  • Time to simply rest, breathe, and let go

This class of two halves is perfect if you want to move your body in a way that feels good and experience the deeply nourishing benefits of restorative yoga – leaving you feeling lighter, calmer, and completely refreshed.

Who is this class for?

All levels welcome. Ideally you will have some Yoga experience but if you’re newer to Yoga or a regular practitioner, Gillian will guide you with clear instructions and plenty of options to suit your body.
