Yoga Sculpt is a warm, energising class designed to build strength, sculpt the body and work up a healthy sweat.
This dynamic practice blends flowing yoga sequences with targeted strength work using 1kg and 2kg weights and resistance bands to challenge the legs, core and upper body.
Expect strong flows, powerful holds and controlled pulses that will leave your muscles shaking and your heart rate lifted. You’ll move with the breath while building resilience, strength and stamina.
This is still yoga — but with a little more heat, burn and intensity.
By the end of class you’ll feel strong, energised and deeply accomplished.
Bring a sweat towel… you’ll need it.
What to Expect
Each Yoga Sculpt class blends yoga movement with strength-based training to create a full-body workout.
