At Love Yoga Leeds, we believe yoga should feel welcoming, supportive, and accessible for everyone — especially if you’re just starting out. That’s why this September we’re offering two beautiful new ways to begin.


4-Week Beginners Course

If you’ve been curious about yoga but don’t know where to start, our Beginners Course is for you.

  • When: Wednesdays, starting 10th September, 8–9pm
  • Price: £40 for 4 weeks

Over four weeks you’ll learn the foundations of yoga — simple postures, breathing techniques, and ways to relax your body and mind. Each session ends with a deeply restful savasana, so you can float home feeling calm and ready for bed.

This course is perfect if you like structure, want to learn step by step, and prefer being alongside other beginners.

Gentle Healing Yoga for All

If you’d like a weekly class instead, our brand-new Gentle Healing Yoga for All is designed to meet you exactly where you are.

  • When: Tuesdays, starting 9th September, 5pm (ongoing weekly)
  • Price: £14 drop-in or use a class pass for better value

This slower, nurturing class focuses on gentle movement, breathwork, and relaxation. It’s ideal for beginners, for anyone returning to yoga after a break, or for those who simply want a softer practice to support healing and wellbeing.
