A deep respect for intention, presence and transformation
She created the Mandala Vinyasa & Elements Method, and has trained thousands of students and teachers worldwide. Dulce is known for classes that are strong yet soulful, technical yet deeply intuitive, and for holding space that feels both challenging and profoundly supportive.
We are incredibly excited to host her in Leeds – and even more excited to share this experience with you.

Do I need to be a yoga teacher?
No. The training is open to both yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners with an established vinyasa practice.
Will I be able to teach Mandala after this?
You’ll gain a strong foundation in Mandala principles and sequencing. Teachers can begin to integrate Mandala into their classes; practitioners will have a much deeper understanding of the method and may choose to build on this with further training.
What should I bring?
Comfortable yoga clothes, a notebook and pen, a refillable water bottle, and any cosy layers or props you like for savasana. Mats and props are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own.
What is your cancellation policy?
