Lydia teaches our Wednesday 6:40pm Vinyasa Flow
After university, Lydia set off to travel around Asia with plans to eventually live and work in Australia. During her time in Bali in 2017, she discovered yoga — signing up for her first class thinking it would simply complement her active lifestyle as a distance runner.
What she found instead was something far deeper: a practice that allowed her to move creatively, express herself freely, and connect body and mind in a way she hadn’t experienced before.
After settling in Australia, Lydia became a regular at her local studio, deepening her love for yoga before travelling to Rishikesh, India in 2019 to complete her 200-hour Vinyasa and Ashtanga teacher training. She has since gone on to train further in Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Mindfulness, and completed her 300-hour advanced teacher training in Nepal in 2022.
Lydia’s classes are dynamic, creative, and infused with her love of music. She aims to hold safe, empowering spaces where students can move as a form of self-expression — leaving each class feeling lighter, more connected, and deeply restored.
