What to expect
We’ll begin with a grounding yoga practice, ease into deep rest, then gather around the table for a warming, home-cooked curry. No rushing. No expectations. No pressure to perform. Just good food, kind people, and space to breathe.

The plan
90 minutes of nourishing yoga
Start with an uplifting flow, melt into restorative stillness, and finish with a grounding savasana massage. Your nervous system will thank you.
Followed by a shared meal
A soul-warming plant-based curry served with love. Sit, eat, chat. All dietary needs thoughtfully catered for.
End with a candlelit closing meditation
Float home feeling rested, full, and reconnected — without the hangover.
We are offering 7 early bird spaces for each Karma Curry Club at the superb value of £35 each. When those places are gone the usual price is just £40 for this three hour Yoga event.
