I always look forward to my weekly yoga class. Not only is Zoe a great teacher she also creates a sense of calm and total relaxation in the class to make you feel completely at ease. Zoe takes you through each yoga pose and breathing technique for that pose thoroughly and patiently so you really feel like you know what you are doing. She’s so attentive to each and every person, her practice is as chilled or as challenging as you would like and there is always so much variation.
